After another long, busy week here at LauraLaw, including court appearances every day and two new clients, Laura set off for Kansas to help her son move into his new apartment, and the rest of us took to Tim’s new bubble machine to blow off some steam.  We were going to name this post “While the Boss is Away, the Kids Will Play,” but then we realized that Laura would probably be the first one to use the bubble machine if she was here!  Today just goes to show that even in the life of a trial lawyer, LauraLaw recognizes that there has to be some work/life balance, even if it is just to clear our minds so we can get back to work!  Our clients share in that benefit, as studies have shown that many a breakthrough has occurred in the middle of a bubble party!!  (Note:  said study conducted by this office on this date.)  So while we wade through the bubbles on this beautiful Friday afternoon in Chicago, we hope you have a safe and fun weekend.  And as always, if you should find yourself in the custody of the police this weekend, be courteous to the officers, politely decline to speak, ask for an attorney, and contact us!  Download our app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store to have LauraLaw right at your fingertips 24/7.
